Yes! LodgePro features a full Offline Mode using Progressive Web App (PWA) technology. It auto-saves your data locally every 10 seconds. Even if your internet goes down, staff can continue checking guests in and out, creating invoices, and managing rooms without interruption. Data syncs when reconnected.
Absolutely. LodgePro has built-in multi-branch support. You can manage unlimited lodge locations from one system, with per-branch rooms, staff, reports, and financials. An "All Lodges Overview" dashboard shows combined analytics across all your branches. Multi-branch can be toggled on or off in Settings.
LodgePro tracks payments via Cash, Card, EcoCash, InnBucks, Bank Transfer, and any custom method you define. Every payment method is tracked separately for reconciliation. Shift cash-outs include a full breakdown by payment method with variance reporting.
Your data is stored locally on your devices — not on a cloud server controlled by a third party. This means you have full ownership and control. Data is saved to your browser's local storage and can be backed up at any time. The offline cache is encrypted and stored securely on the device.
Yes. Every report, invoice, event quote, payslip, shift report, and budget summary can be printed as a beautifully formatted document with your lodge's letterhead and logo. All major reports also export directly to PDF with professional formatting including charts and tables.
After purchasing a license, you receive a unique product key. Enter it in the LodgePro activation screen. Monthly and Yearly licenses expire after their period and require renewal. Lifetime licenses never expire. If your license expires, the system locks and prompts you to contact us for renewal.
Our 2-day training covers everything your staff needs: front desk operations (check-in/check-out, reservations), billing and invoicing, cashbook management, housekeeping workflow, shift management and cash-outs, report generation, and basic system configuration. Training is conducted on-site at your lodge.
Yes. LodgePro includes a fully configurable tax engine. You can set VAT rate, Tourism Levy rate, and Service Charge independently. Tax can be toggled on or off — if your lodge is not VAT-registered or doesn't charge levy, simply disable it and invoices will be clean with no tax lines. When enabled, a ZIMRA-ready VAT Return report is available.
Yes, we offer custom branding packages. Your lodge name, logo, colors, and address can be configured during installation. Contact our sales team at sales@lodgepro.co.zw to discuss custom development requirements for larger hospitality groups.
